High pressure infrared 12 key panel dimmer is a section dedicated to LED lighting intelligent dimming controller. Using thyristor phase dimming technology, we can adjust brightness by hand knob, we can also use IR wireless remote control to distance dimming. It is suitable for business or family standard type 86 switch socket low box installation, can be surface mounted or dark outfitted. It is used for controlling with various kinds of high voltage led as light source lamps and lanterns, for example: point source of light, flexible strip light, wall washer lamp, glass curtain wall light and so on. It is inexpensive, convenient connection and simple to use, etc. It adjusts brightness through the knob on the infrared remote controller and dimmers. The grey scale level is 128. It owns custom function, delay shutdown function and fixed gray output function. It also provides 0 ~ 10V PWM signal output port which can be used to control other slave control.

As the above diagram showed:

AC IN: Power input interface, receiving voltage is AC90-240V.

LOAD: Load output interface, alternating current (ac) output.

PWM: PWM signal output interface, output 0-10V PWM signal, and 

specialized in controlling the dimmer with PWM control signal, it is

not allowed to connect LOAD.

 

 

                                                                         

Using instruction:

 

1, Connect the load wire before power wire; Please ensure short circuit can not occur between connecting wire before you turn on the power;

2, When doing the operation, the remote controller should be faced the infrared receiving head, and ensure that there is no barriers between controller and receiving head. When the dimmer receives infrared remote control signal effectively, the green light on the upper luminous light flickers; and there are two kinds of dimming mode:

 (1) The infrared remote control mode; The key functions are showed as below (The arrangement is according to the key position):

	BRIGHTNESS- BRIGHTNESS +	The gray level will be increased two levels by each pressing, and there are 128 gray levels to be adjusted.
	HOTKEY	Brightness shortcut key: press the four buttons, and choose the corresponding percentage brightness showed on the button.
	SCENE	DIY contextual model key: there are four keys in total. Press one of the buttons for 3 seconds without leaving, the dimmer lamp shinings once. It shows that dimmer has stored the current brightness automatically in this key, the other keys are in the same settings. Usually when you press the button, you would get the brightness you previously stored in the key directly.

 (2) Potentiometer control mode:

Rotate knob in clockwise way, the brightness will be increased. Otherwise the brightness will be reduced.
