Direction for use

1. Adopt buttons control, and every button function as follows:

 

Mode: query ID value of receiver module;

              para: send ID value to receiver module;

              up: ID value add 1;

down: ID value subtract 1;

 

2.  Connect DMX receiver module with address editor, then turn on the power for receiving module and address editor, the screen shows DMX512 Editor; you can operate it as the following ways:

 

A, By up,down amending ID value,the screen will display the current value of ID synchronously by Decimal number and the number of binary mode. for example:  Device ID:0001 Bin:00000000001, modified ID value and then press para, the screen shows  Sending... ,if sent successfully,the screen shows Sending OK!;

 

B, Press mode,the screen shows Looking Up... ,if queried successfully,the screen shows the value of DMX module,then continue to operatein accordance with the â‘ .

 

              If in the process of pressing mode or para,the screen shows Error , Please check respectively;

 

A,whether the signal wire is poor contact or damaged or connected in a wrong way ;  

B,whether turned on the power of receiver module;

C,Whether DMX  Digital Console is already off or receiver module have been divorced from DMX Digital Console;

 

3.  Support for amending the scope of ID value: 1~1022;

4.  You could only inqury or modify one receiver module at a time;

5.  The signal interface that one male and one female interfaces are the same interfaces on the Address Editor is suitable for different joints of signal wire.
